The idea for Larkin's Brewing Co. goes all the way back to 2008, when Cillian Fahey lived in Paris. It occured to hm that he had to start a 100% independant brewery with his family back home in Ireland. 4 years later the first trials saw the light of day - brewed with his brother Nick. I 2015 they manage to persuade the rest of the family, and after a few more years of preperations they launch their first beer in 2018, immediately getting recognized as one of Ireland's best breweries.
